The cabin is carefully designed to evoke a sense of tranquillity. You might spot our Paradise fly catcher, and you may even catch a glimpse of a lovely family of Bushbuck.

Brimming with rustic charm, the cabin harmoniously combines classic design with essential modern amenities. Thoughtfully built to enhance and preserve the beautiful natural surroundings, the Hide Away Cabin features sustainably sourced wood from the local area. With an innovative solar power system and a gravity-feed water system, guests can enjoy uninterrupted comfort without the hassle of load shedding. Convenient 12-volt charging stations are also available. We have options of USB A or USB C charging ports.

The A-frame design includes a comfortable double bed - sleeps 2 - on a mezzanine floor with a sundeck. Waking up to the call of the Fish Eagle or birdsong is a regular occurrence. The downstairs bathroom is equipped with an outdoor shower, toilet and hand wash basin. A reliable gas geyser ensures a steady supply of hot water, adding to your comfort during your stay. Observe the natural habitat from the shower.

The open plan kitchen includes a fridge, 4 plate gas hob as well as the necessary utensils to ensure effortless meal preparation. The Dining area opens onto a spacious deck, providing the perfect spot for sun-downers.

Unwind in the wood-fired hot tub while your BBQ fire is crackling in the background. The patio area includes a hot tub and a braai facility - ideal for entertainment.
