PETS DURING YOUR STAY
Due to the nature of the working farm we are unable to accommodate pets.

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a cancellation more than a month before arrival, your deposit of 50% will be refundable.
In the case of premature termination of the stay, the entire booking amount is payable.

• More than 1 month before arrival: 100% Cancellation fee.
• Less than 1 month before arrival: 50% Cancellation fee. (50% Deposit is non-refundable)
• No refunds will be made two weeks prior to bookings
• No refunds will be made for cancelled bookings made over peak periods i.e long weekends and holidays.
• Minimum 2 night stay per booking

PAYMENT POLICY
To secure your stay a 50% deposit is required via EFT payment. The balance of the booking amount must paid in full, one month before arrival. In the event of a booking made within one month before arrival the entire booking amount must be paid immediately to confirm the booking. In the case of a late or incomplete payment you are in default. You are responsible for all damages as well as all costs incurred. We are unable to refund due to inclement weather conditions. If suitable to both parties bookings may be rescheduled due to inclement weather.

GENERAL RULES OF BEHAVIOUR
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible for all parties, we expect all the guests to stick to the general rules of behaviour and appearance based on common sense and basic etiquette. It is possible that maintenance activities may take place during your stay on the grounds or at the accommodation(s) such activities will not entitle the customer to a refund.

• Please be respectful of fellow guests privacy.
• We allow BBQ fires in designated areas only.
• Day visitors allowed - please notify management should you have guests visiting
• The properties do not facilitate parties for groups of more than 4.
• For your own safety please close the windows and doors should you go for a day outing - we have curious monkeys on the property. Please do not feed any wildlife on the farm and keep foodstuff closed when you go out on an activity.
• We appreciate you using water wisely.
• No music or excessive noise is allowed at any of our cabins. Please consider your fellow guests and quiet down completely at 22h00. The enjoyment of nature and tranquillity is our first priority.
• No smoking indoors please - if you need to smoke outdoors - dispose of cigarette butts in the metal bin provide.
• Damages and breakages to any items on the property will be for the guests account - we acknowledge your high regard of our property
